The delivery of products is available nationwide through GLS and FAN Courier. Upon order confirmation, our advisors will contact you by phone to determine the most advantageous shipping method based on the coverage area, delivery time, package size, and weight.

Return

Product returns follow the terms and conditions outlined below and are in accordance with the provisions of Government Emergency Ordinance 34/2014 regarding consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals and the modification of certain normative acts.

Products ordered online can be returned for any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt.

Return conditions:

- The part must not show signs of wear or installation.
- The part's packaging must not be damaged (broken, torn, with oil stains, traces of vaseline, or the waybill directly attached to the part's packaging); The original product box is packaged in bags or other boxes!
- The product must be deposited with a courier company approved by the seller (GLS/FAN Courier), in the best packaging conditions, or it can be personally delivered to the seller's headquarters.

Return shipping cost:

- Will be covered by the seller if the product was not correctly identified by our advisor, following the correct provision of the car model identification data by the customer.
- Will be covered by the customer if the customer provided incorrect identification data of the car model, and as a result, the part does not fit, or the customer wishes to return the part for any reason that cannot be attributed to the seller.

Refund method for returned products:
The customer will receive the refund for the returned products via bank transfer or in cash at the company's headquarters within 7 days after the parts have returned to the seller and have been verified to meet the return conditions imposed by the seller.

NOTE! For original equipment (OE) parts, brought in at the express request of the customer, returns are not accepted for the sold merchandise.
